How long does it take to set up Tickora?
Most teams are running their first schedule in under a day. Add your branches, invite your team, build a shift template, and you're live.
Does it work on mobile?
Yes, we have native iOS and Android apps. Employees clock in, see schedules, and request leave from their phones; managers approve from anywhere.
Can I track GPS clock-ins?
Optionally, yes. You can require clock-ins to happen within a configurable radius of each branch. It's per-branch, so you can enforce it where it matters and skip it where it doesn't.
Does Tickora handle payroll?
Tickora computes worked hours, leave deductions, and surcharges and produces monthly salary records you can mark as paid. We don't push to a payment provider yet, that's on the roadmap.
Can I use it for multiple branches or locations?
Yes. Branches are first-class. You can have separate schedules, attendance rules, and managers per branch, with a single org view on top.
Is Tickora GDPR-compliant?
Yes. Tickora is built to GDPR and German TDDDG standards. Personal data is hosted in German data centers, transmitted encrypted, and retained only as long as you need.
