We've been on both sides of the spreadsheet, running shifted teams and building software for them. The pattern is always the same. A team grows past five people, the schedule gets complicated, the spreadsheet breaks, and someone's weekend disappears trying to fix it.
What we're building
Tickora is a workforce platform that puts time, shifts, leave, and payroll under one roof. No bolt-ons. No "configure these eight workflows first." Just the parts a real shifted team needs, working together by default.
Our principles
- Substance over flash. We'd rather be boring and right than slick and wrong.
- Mobile is not an afterthought. Your team is on their feet. Their tool should be in their pocket.
- Audit everything quietly. Trust is built when answers are easy to find later.
- Integrations later. First make the core feel inevitable.
